How do I order?
The products shown on this website are linked to InkBison's Etsy store. You can pay online via Credit/Debit card and PayPal through Etsy's secure interface. Orders can also be made directly with Gina, where payments can be made via bank transfer or personal cheque - please contact email@example.com / telephone: 07701 305 039 to discuss your order and make the necessary arrangements. For bespoke Indian ink pet portraits please contact Gina directly to discuss your commission.
What do you do with my personal information?
Your data is collected so that we can gather the relevant details to post your orders to you. We may contact you from time to time with news of offers and events etc. We will not pass your information on to any other source.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order as little or as much as you like.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of InkBison’s creations. If for any reason you are not we would ask you contact us with the reason, so that we can rectify any issues and make sure the same problem does not occur again. If you return the item(s) to us in perfect condition within 14 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money. We cannot offer refunds on any bespoke artworks or personalised cards created for you once you have accepted your quote.
Do the cards include an envelope?
Yes. Each card comes with its own matching envelope.
What are your shipping policies
Postage is calculated on size and weight. Items under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail using 2nd class postage. Larger items over 2kg will be sent via courier (for example framed prints). International orders will be sent by Airmail). If you require an item urgently, postage upgrades are available, please contact Gina to make arrangements. To reduce the environmental impact, where possible we re-use and recycle packaging material.
Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?
Yes. InkBison is happy to take orders from other countries. Items are sent via Royal Mail by Airmail. Postage is calculated on size and weight.
Items sent outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any payments due for such import duties and taxes is the responsibility of you, the customer. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Can I place a bespoke order?
Yes. Please contact Gina with your specifications and any images to be used and Gina will contact you to discuss further. If you wish to proceed you will be sent a quote (a 25% deposit will be required on confirming you wish to proceed). Gina will create your artwork and email you a proof of the picture and an invoice for the balance. Once you have approved the proof and settled the invoice the artwork will be sent to you.
When will my order be dispatched?
For items held in stock, orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of the order. For made to order items please allow up to 30 days.
